PennDOT's LTAP supplies newsletters and technical information sheets on a semi-annual basis. These newsletters and tech sheets are available for public download from the LTAP system. Any user of the system has access to download these files. This is just another way that PennDOT's LTAP can supply information to its users and the general public.
